stable and sturdy; with later painted surface, showing some signs of occasional loss or rust accumulation; overall with scattered lichens or moss attached to surface; interior shows signs of recent use, with some soil accumulation; loss to one pointed element along outer rim edge, and a couple other points with rounded ends (possibly signs of former loss); one handle having what appears to be a later screw added
