This is a framed and matted Saugus Branch Railroad July 4, 1854 broadside advertisement. This railroad ran between Boston on the south end and Lynn, MA on the north end. The advertisement was used to promote tourism to see July 4th fireworks, as noted on the piece. Great rare, one-of-a-kind 169 year old item that can be the feature piece of any New England railroad collection! Excellent used condition!
