9.11.23- LOT – 1799- The piece is sturdy and intact, metal shows some wear and loss to finish, patination, and spotting, the pierced rim is open to interior bowl, the bowl itself shows some typical wear to paint, inherent characteristics, such as light pitting, firing flaws to interior, and small imperfections, a UV examination shows a possible old professional fill or repair at one side, I have taken images for your review, this is not readily apparent as it is behind the metal handle, it may have had a handle at one time on this side, see images I am not an expert on such items, please let me know should you have further questions
