1st item: Geographical, Statistical & Historical map of North America, 1823, published by Henry Charles Carey (1793-1879) and Isaac Lea (1792-1886) Philadelphia, illustrated by J. Yeager. From A Complete Historical, Chronological, and Geographical American Atlas. Surrounded on three sides with text that describes the geography and topography of the continent including Indian County and also discusses the discovery and settlement of North America. Engraved with hand coloring. Housed in a painted and parcel gilt frame with white matte and gilt filet. Sight: 24 1/8" H x 32 3/4" W. Framed: 29 5/8" H x 37 3/4" W.
