A late 19th/early 20th century Grandfather clock by Kienzle, Schwenningen, Germany. 8-day weight driven time and strike movement with engraved Brass dial with Silvered chapter ring and Arabic numeral, etched weights and pendulum with Art Nouveau influence, retailed by "Luppe & Heilbronner, Munich" on dial center, serial #7385. Arts and Crafts Period Oak open well design features a stepped molded cornice over a carved frieze and upper door with circular dial glass with molded frame over and open well with paneled back, turned columns and scrolled brackets, on a base section with carved foliate panel and shaped bracket feet. Original dark finish with slight wear, running when cataloged. 80 1/2" high overall. ESTIMATE $2,000-3,000
