American School (20th century) cast metal objects including rope like and rings. These may have been works by Dick Polich himself as demonstration pieces, or as part of a larger sample group. Polich was known to have cast demonstration pieces to exhibit the capabilities, finishes, and casting ability of Tallix and their very talented working group. Measures: Rope H 1 1/2" x W 8 1/2" Rings: D 3 1/2" Polich was quite innovative in casting techniques and worked very closely with the artists during the foundry casting process and experimented with various metal free pour techniques. This is an example of one of his works in metal/bronze. Unsigned/unmarked. Provenance: Collection of Dick Polich, Polich Tallix Fine Art Foundry. Polich and Tallix produced significant sculptural works over many years. He is known to have produced art
