Ancient Near East, Holy Land, Canaanite Bronze Age, ca. 1500 BCE. A delightful pottery vessel presenting a graceful silhouette with a wide hip, a sloped shoulder, and a flaring neck. An arched handle connects the broad rim to the top of the shoulder, while all is supported by a conical foot. Red-on-beige geometric designs additionally adorn the exterior walls. Size: 6" W x 8.4" H (15.2 cm x 21.3 cm)
