All are original black & white photographs of Boston& Maine engines from 1860's thru 1917, most 1880's - 1905. Each photo is mounted with statistics on back as to dates, lines, etc. These are from the original company files used to identify each engine such as the Manchester, Baldwin, Rhode Island, Comet, etc. Each card measures 5x8". All excellent. The Boston and Maine Railroad Extension was incorporated on March 16, 1844.
