Andy Warhol “Queen Elizabeth II" (F&S II # 336)- ROYAL EDITION Screenprint- PINK COLOR with Diamond Dust. Image from Reigning Queens Suite 1985.
I have been buying the Proof Edition pieces for the last 10 years. They are unsigned, and are not numbered. They are outside the regular edition, and are not authenticated. But, they are not faded like many of the older signed ones. Plus, they are a fraction of the cost.
The colors on this piece are stunning and the diamond dust on the outlines is outstanding.
