Description
A rare and produced in a limited quantity porcelain sculpture titled "Veterok" ("Wind" in Russian), made at the Kiev Experimental Ceramics and Art Factory (Kiev EKCZ).
Depicting a lady in a summer outfit, with her skirt fluttering in the summer breeze.
The sculpture was made in the era of the USSR - S. I. Dudenko, I. A. Nikiforenko, T. V. Dudenko.
Kiev Experimental Ceramic Factory began its operations September 17th, 1924. The workshop was quickly growing and in 1925 it became a fully functional factory. At the same time, the section of artistic faience and porcelain painting was founded. The branch creating products of the highest artistic value we know now originated after WWII. Since then, the Kiev factory has been among the leading manufacturers of porcelain in the Soviet Union. This factory eventually became one of the largest exporters of porcelain in the Soviet Union.

Red and brown makers marks found on underside of base show that the figure is of the 1st grade in quality.
