Wayne Cooper B. 1942. Unusual trial/travelling proof lithograph titled, "Brunch" depicting raccoons at a stream in a winter landscape. From the edition of 300. Includes artist/printer notes at bottom of page. An unusual view of the artistic printing process. Blindstamp. Some foxing to margins/paper.Measures: 19 1/4" x 26 1/4"Wayne Cooper: born in 1942, OK. Trained with Woody Crumbo, the Famous Artist School, Gary Artist League, Valparaiso University, the American Atelier in NYC and the Cowboy Artist of America Museum in Kerrville, Texas and with artists Joe Beeler and Howard Terpning. His career began in 1964 in Chicago, worked in NYC from 1974 - 1981 and returned to OK to paint and sculpt Western subjects. Wayne Cooper's works are represented in the Will Rogers Museum in Claremore, OK; the Oklahoma Heritage Museum; and the American Indian Museum in Catoosa, OK. Wayne Cooper has also been commissioned to do several large-scale oil paintings for the Senate in the Capitol Building in OKC.
