"This book is a delightful collection of stories, legends, songs and illustrations which emphasize the simple and rich pleasures of Christmas time. Nice for any age to leaf through, read in part or in whole. A good addition to anyone's Christmas book collection."
"As always, Ms. Tudor's work is a joyous delight. Her talents were immense, her outlook on life was always positive, the love for all creatures and things of beauty she shared with her fans and followers."
"I think I liked her so much because Victoria magazine covered her so often, and she reminded me of my little German grandmother, the one we called Tiny Grammy. They were so alike, almost twins, with similar faces, shy manners, the braided buns, high-necked, long-sleeved, ankle length dresses, always with an apron. Tasha wore a kerchief over her hair while Tiny Grammy wore a sun bonnet outdoors. Neither was bigger than a minute, but worked hard and avoided the modern world as much as possible. They were very unique women who lived life on their own terms." [a private review]
