Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. The top surface with more concentrated scratching and wear to the finish including scattered drink rings, scuffs, and minor stains. Filing cabinet drawer lacking file tab support bars.
