Vintage Sterling Painted MOP Ring, Sz. 5.5, Palestine. Rectangular mother-of-pearl painted orange and yellow birds with flowers. The mother-of-pearl is appx. 7/8" by 3/4" and set in sterling with triple leaves on each side of the ring. The ring has a single prong on each side and is attached with cord on the sides - was made this way. I also have a pendant that matches this that is signed 1933. The weight is 5.57 and the setting does test as sterling. Very vintage and the silver has oxidation which can be cleaned. The ring is signed but cannot be read but I do believe it is a match to the brooch which is marked better. The setting is in very good condition with oxidation - the mother-of-pearl does have some wear but still pretty much intact - see photos. (W9520.8 SS9773 J LD 2/22/23).
