American Federal Mahogany Card Table, Lyre Motif, Ca. 1810, H 28" W 36" Depth 18" | Having an octagonal top, opening to measure W 36" X L 36" overall. Presented on a lyre form support on four splay legs with carved acanthus leaf motifs. Terminating on four brass paw feet atop castor wheels. Keily Gallery suggests it was probably made in Philadelphia, attributed to Haines & Connley circa 1810. Provenance: Purchased at Keily Gallery, 3626 Eastern Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio.
