Printed by Hall and Sellers. 5) Twenty shillings, No. 8835., Pennsylvania, 1777. Printed by John Dunlap. 6) Three shillings, No. 2381. BD, Massachusetts, 1779. 7)Three dollars, New Hampshire, 1786.
