10.6.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 151- the exterior case shows some light fading and minor marks, interior first pages show some very minor bending at corners and light toning, noted mainly at the back edges, the photos are free of any noted rips or tears, I do not observe any major blemishes or loss, one has a smudge to the signature, which may be inherent to when it was signed, I only note that photo paper edges are slightly wavy, this would likely be resolved by framing or matting, I am not an expert on photographs so please let me know if you have further questions Please see the attached images for your review.
