10/12/23 4:28pm: In my opinion regarding LOT – 1189: I note that the commode is presently intact and sturdy, both drawers have one small restoration each to the right-side edge, the inlay is well-retained with mild wear, I observe the metal hardware having oxidation and patination, there is tonal variation and minor surface wear, including abrasions, light scuffs, and small chips, concentrated at the upper edge of the commode commensurate with use
