An English Aesthetic mahogany desk
circa 1900
With hinged top opening to tooled leather inset writing surface and cubby holes, hinged fall front panel opening to two fixed drawers.
height 29 1/2in (75cm); width 29 1/2in (75cm); depth 16 3/4in (42.5cm)

Condition

Structurally sound. General wear, marks, nicks, dings, scratches, scuffs, and fading. Top with vertical crack to panel along right side and horizontal crack along left side. Top missing metal hardware latch. Scuffs, scratches, indentations, and some fading to leather writing surface and stains to cubby holes. Metal drawer pulls with scuffs, some toning and oxidation.
