Description
WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE SULPHIDE ART GLASS PLAQUE, colorless, central plaque featuring William Shakespeare, reverse stating "NATUS/STRATFORDIE/IN BRITANNIA./AN.M.D.LXIV./OBIT/AN.M.DC.XVI.", square form with a rough pontil edge. Together with a matching medal. Two pieces total. Likely French, possibly Saint-Amans. First half 19th century. 4" SQ.
