VICTORIAN RIGAREE GLASS OPEN SALT, cranberry, cylindrical form with two upper bands of applied rigaree with the top band being colorless, and the lower being Vaseline (reacts under black light), polished pontil mark, fitted into an "EPNS" stand. Maker unverified. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. Stand: 1 5/8" H, 3 1/4" D. Salt: 1 1/2" H.Â
