Description
Two vintage 1955 American one cent copper coin, commonly known as the Lincoln wheat cent, features a depiction of President Abraham Lincoln on the obverse side. The profile of Lincoln is surrounded by the words In God We Trust, Liberty and the year 1955. On the reverse side there is the image of two wheat ears framing the words One Cent and the phrase United States of America. This design, known as the Wheat Ears Reverse, was used on Lincoln cents from 1909 to 1958. Vintage American Coins And Numismatic Collectibles.
