Made in Italy, they are made to commemorate the historic summit between the NATO powers and Russia, held in Rome. The "Nato Russia Summit" fountain pen is specially designed for smooth writing. This is the 410 from 2002.
The barrel and cap are made of black resin with the Italian flag on the lower part of the grip. The barrel has the inscription "Rome, 28/05/2002", referring to the NATO summit held in Rome.
The nib is made of 18 Kts. gold and silver, with a fine point.
