The minimum shipping cost for all items, regardless of size or destination, minimum charge is $40. This cost includes packaging, handling, and DHL shipping fees.

5. DHL Shipping:
We exclusively use DHL as our shipping partner to ensure secure and efficient delivery of your items. DHL offers tracking, insurance, and reliable international shipping services.

6. Additional Fees:
Please be aware of any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees related to shipping. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Shipping Address:
It is essential to provide an accurate and current shipping address during the payment process. We will use this address for shipping arrangements.

8. Shipping Confirmation:
Once your items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This enables you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

9. Shipping Times:
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected DHL service. We will provide an estimated delivery date based on the chosen shipping option.

10. No Refunds or Returns:
- All sales are final, and no refunds or returns are allowed for any reason. Please review item descriptions, photographs, and condition reports thoroughly before bidding.

11. Bidder's Agreement:

No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.

Buyer's Premium: A 25% premium will be added to the hammer price of each item, which is the responsibility of the bidder and will be reflected in the final purchase price.

Item Descriptions: Descriptions provided are for guidance purposes only and should not be relied upon for accuracy or completeness. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own research and inspections before bidding.
Item Inspection: Bidders are responsible for inspecting items or waiving their right to inspect before placing a bid.

No Warranty: All items are sold without any warranty of any kind.
Bidder's Responsibility: Bidders are responsible for making informed decisions based on their own research and knowledge.

Bidder's Contract: Placing a bid constitutes a binding contract to pay for the item if the bid is successful.
No Refunds or Returns: Auction purchases are not subject to refunds or returns for any reason.

Ownership: Thousand Planet Auction House does not own any auction lots; all lots belong to different consignees.

Color and Image Discrepancies: Actual colors and shades of items may vary from online images. Bidders cannot request returns based on color discrepancies.

No In-Person Preview (for USA bidders): At present, in-person previews are not available for USA bidders due to the location of auction lots. However, detailed photos can be requested from Thousand Planet Auction House two days before the auction starts.
