Joker Fish: "In Detective Comics #475, the Joker attempted to execute a scheme that seemed almost sensible if one overlooked its intentionally absurd premise. 'The Laughing Fish' by Steve Englehardt and Marshall Rogers began with the wholesale poisoning of every fish on the eastern seaboard — not to turn their meat toxic, but to stick bizarre grins on their lipless faces. The Joker's next step was hilariously mundane.
