(Kraft Foods, 1960s) A Pair of Original Kraft Foods & Gemini Store Displays. The Gemini Project was NASA's second manned spacecraft and carried two-man crews from 1965 to 1966. During the 1960s, Kraft Foods launched their own synergistic promotion of the NASA program with store displays near their products. The panoramic poster depicts the Apollo Saturn 5 Launch Vehicle, Adapter, Reentry module with astronauts, and the Kraft logo. The embossed metallic paper foil store display depicts the spacecraft with an astronaut bearing the Kraft logo, and was created by the Wonderflex Company of Chicago. Measuring 44.25"x23", the reflective wall-mountable display is in good condition, exhibiting surface wear, scuffs, a few pinholes, creases and a torn and missing left foot. Measuring an incredible 123"x15" the panoramic poster is in good condition, with vibrant colors, creases, a few punctures, yellowing to reverse, wear throughout from age, and an "S" shaped roll on one end due to storage.
