Softcover book is 16 pages not including front and back covers and has 30 postcard size pictures and other images of attractions, hotels and other sights in early 20th century Atlantic City. Rare. Images include Ritz-Carlton and Ambassador Hotels along with a crowded beach, scene in front of St. Charles and Breakers Hotels showing the Garden Pier, the Traymore Hotel, the Ambassador Hotel showing the Ambasador Bungalows, a bathing scene in front of Dennis, Marlborough, Blenheim and Traymore hotels, the Chalfonte Hotel, the Rolling Chair Parade and Boardwalk, the beach front showing the Ritz Carlton and Ambassador Hotels, Young's Million Dollar Pier, the Steel Pier, the Promenade and Steel Pier, the Atlantic Ocean and piers, spectators watching a net being hauled in, the Ball Room at the Steel Pier, a view showing the St. Charles and Breakers Hotels, a beach scene with the Boardwalk and hotels, another of the Rolling Chair Promenade and Boardwalk near Steeplechase Pier, a scene looking north on the Boardwalk, the Elephant Hotel and Margate City, the Inlet and much more. Condition
Some light soiling and creasing and edge wear. All staples are attached and holding firmly to pages. Lower of 3 staples slightly rusted. Please review scans closely for further condition and please let us know if you have any questions prior to bidding.
