Japanese Edo Samurai Daisho Set Kanezo W/ Judgment Papers Superb and rare Japanese samurai Daisho (Katana and Wakizashi) from the Edo period (1603-1862), signed Sendai Kanezo , the third Nobutaka. The katana has a length of 42 inches and a blade of 28 inches. The Wakizashi has a length of 26 inches and a blade of almost 18 inches. Both koshirae and blades are in excellent condition with a wonderful patina. Also included a very sharp and signed Kozuka-Kogatana that fits into the Wakizashi , represents a hermit on its journey. A unique duo that comes with official NTHK papers and belongs in any prestigious collection. No katanakake (sword rack) included.
