Large traditional tureen body with white glazed ground and hand decorated with a profusion of delicate English country rose style botanical forms, with additional encircling applied relief roses, dual botanical form handles, and a large applied relief rose finial to summit of dome lid (11" x 13" x 9"). Underplate produced in identical complimentary design with gilded edge to scalloped rim, and dual botanical form handles (2.5" x 18" x 11"). Each with HEREND HUNGARY backstamp to undersides.

Condition: Good overall condition having mild surface wear and grime. Estate fresh to the market.
