Description
Chinese, Qing dynasty, a blue and white porcelain hu vase painted with a dog roaming in a landscape and Chinese dedication from the missionary Giuseppe Castiglione to the Royal Court. Thehandles are moulded as deer heads with antlers, with a four-characters Qianlong mark to its base.
