Sterling open heart pendant with 13 graduated rubies from 2mm to 3mm with four small diamonds sent in an illusion setting and an intersecting heart over the diamonds that is 10kt. The chain is 20" 14kt. Total weight of the necklace is 2.74 grams. The heart is a heart within a heart and 3/4" tall and wide.
