The clock and neon both work as they should. The inner face is in very good condition. The outer glass has a chip and small hole below the "E" in Service and is dusty on the inside. The outer can and trim ring appear to have original paint. There's some age-related wear and surface rust on the back of the metal can. The clock has a low hum when working.
