Description
(1881-1969) Soviet military officer and politician who served as Stalin's defense minister, reorganized the general staff, mechanized the army, and developed the air force. Typed D.S. 1p. legal folio, July 19, 1945, as Head of the Soviet Occupational Committee in Hungary regarding the production of radio equipment for the Red Army. Typed D.S. 1p. oblong 8vo., [n.p.], Mar. 2, 1935, a statement in which Voroshilov verifies that: ‘…Evdokya Ivanovna Tytova worked as a domestic worker in my apartment from October 15, 1927 to February 1935. She carried out her responsibilities conscientiously…we parted with her only because of her great and fundamental commitment to religion and spirituality…’. Significant damp staining throughout, resulting in a fragile state with tears at the margins. Still, good condition.
