Machine-woven and hand-coloured tapestry representing a lively hunting party. The scene is presided by the gallant figure of a princess mounted on an elegant bench horse. The young woman's dress combines gold and carmine tones that emulate delicate brocade. The attire of the pages accompanying the retinue has also been described with narrative intent. In the distance, two horsemen ride. The retinue of dogs adds to the dynamism of the composition. The tapestry consists of a floral border of leafy garlands.
