Complete set in attractive condition. Reportedly about 16,500 copies of A Wizard of Earthsea were produced in three states. The first state was produced in 6800 copies, most of which went to libraries. The copy present here is a second state. Parnassus often clipped the corners of the jacket for the trade market copies. A Wizard of Earthsea won the Boston-Globe Book Award, and the Lewis Carrol Shelf Award. The Tombs of Atuan is a Newbery Honor book. The Farthest Shore won the National Book Award for Children's Books. Tehanu won the Nebula Award and the Locus Award for Best Fantasy Novel. Tales of Earthsea won the Locus Award Best Collection, and The Other Wind won the World Fantasy Award for Best Novel.
