Description
PATTERN-MOLDED FOOTED SUGAR BOWL WITH COVER, colorless, pyriform bowl with 12 vertical ribs, galleried rim, and heavy applied flared foot with rough pontil mark, high-domed cover with 12 ribs, folded rim, and knop finial with rough pontil mark. Probably Pittsburgh, possibly Bakewell, Page & Bakewell. 1825-1840. 7 1/4" HOA, 4 1/2" H rim, 4" D rim, 3 1/4" D foot.
