Offered here for your consideration are two nice turquoise rings - one is Bisbee and the other is by Fred Thompson. These great rings each have their own variety, and each feature one turquoise cabochon resting in a smooth silver bezel. The Bisbee turquoise ring has the setting accented with twisted wire and silver dots all displayed on a darkened silver background. The three wire band conjoined into a single smooth band completes the piece nicely. The Fred Thompson ring features a smooth silver band with deep stamped line designs. MAKER: The Fred Thompson is hallmarked with the tilde mark (Stamped) and also marked with JR (conjoined, etched). Fred Thompson (1921-2002; Navajo). Active 1936-1990s. Thompson was a silversmith for Tobe Turpen's Indian Traading Company beginning in 1936, and also operated his own shop in Church Rock, NM. See the picture regarding the JR hallmark. 
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s).
SIZE: The ring sizes are 9 1/4 and 10. Each measure between 7/8 inch and 1 inch long by 3/4 inch and 1 inch wide. The total weight is 31.5 grams.
CONDITION: Good for their age, normal wear expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
