Description
1913 Abel Warshawsky O/C Portrait Painting of an English Breton Woman - signed and dated upper right corner; 29" H x 24 1/2" W. Internet research results: Abel George Warshawsky (1883-1962), born in Sharon PA, studied at the Cleveland School of Art and the National Academy of Art, Paris, known as an impressionistic painter for scenes of life on the streets of Paris, Abel Warshawsky spent about thirty years in France (1908-1938).
