Description

E Company, 2nd Battalion of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division, the "Screaming Eagles", is a company in the United States Army. The company was referred to as "Easy" after the radio call for "E" in the phonetic alphabet used during World War II. The book, “Brothers in Battle Best of Friends” by Bill Guarnere and Babe Heffron, 2007, First Edition. Signed by (9) members of the famed Easy Co. 101 st PIR. Signatures include: Bill Maynard, Rod Bain, Frank Soboleski, Bill Guarnere, Earl McClung, Jack Foley, Buck Compton and Babe Heffron.
