This large hard cover book contains hundreds of photographs and maps in both black and white and color of landscapes, people, and villages. Volume 2 focuses on Hawaii and the Philippines with 400 pages, beginning with page 385 (Volume I ends on page 384). Size: 11" L x 1.5" W x 16" H (27.9 cm x 3.8 cm x 40.6 cm)
