12.7.23, 9:21 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 256: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, there is separation and fill between top boards, as well as the left side panel, and visible seams/splits commensurate with age, I observe staining and water spotting/rings on the top panels, and evidence of light old woodworm concentrated at the feet, the metal hardware exhibits patination, and the drawers and cabinet doors operate smoothly, there is typical surface wear such as abrasions, scuffs, and nicks
