The oil on artist's board by Des Moines artist Talbert Dick (1936 - 2008) is painted in a technique that presents the ocean whitecaps, the subway tile's grout and the model's hair all in high relief, along with other details. The composition is signed lower left front.

Board measures 21.75 x 30 with a framed size of 25.5 x 33.5 inches.
