Two mixed medium personal wardrobe designs by Edith Head for Joan Crawford. Edith Head always wanted to work with Joan Crawford. In her book The Dress Doctor, Head says, "Joan was playing a very, very wealthy woman, a very beautiful woman, a woman with superb taste [...] I had caught that rare excitement you get working with a great mannequin."
