Allegheny Uprising is a historical film set in 18th-century colonial America. The film follows a group of American frontiersmen led by James Smith (played by John Wayne) in their attempt to end weapons trading with the Native Americans. The film highlights complex relations, tensions, and betrayals that occur between the settlers and Natives as they pursue their opposing interests.
