This film was released at the height of the Cold War when the public's subliminal fear of mind-controlling communists was real, and this screenplay played into that. This is a beautiful format for one of the most revered classics of the 1950s science fiction genre.

Before restoration, this insert was folded with four horizontal folds. Now paper-backed, there have also been some touch-ups to the fold lines and sporadic airbrushing of the borders, and it looks fantastic.

This sci-fi B-picture presents an alien invasion attempt from the perspective of a boy (David MacLean) who notices the adults in his life start behaving strangely after he witnesses a flying saucer in his backyard.
