Description
Four lithographs from the 1894 Columbian Exposition, otherwise known as the Chicago World's Fair. They include The Midway Plaisance from the Painting by T. de Thulstrup, An Autumn Day on th North Strand from the painting by Childe Hassam, Approach to North Court Bridge from the painting by Herbert Denman, and Wedding Procession in Cairo Street from the painting by T. de Thurlstrup. All are from the Book of the Builders and are copyright 1894 by the Columbian Memorial Publication Society. Each is about 15 1/2 X 11 3/4 inches in size. Condition
Autumn Day has some tears and paper loss in the upper left and lower right corners. Some foxing. Some small edge tears and staining on the bottom margin of Wedding Procession.
