Late Qing Dynasty (1890s - 1911) small Chinese red coral carving of Guanyin - the Boddhisattva of Compassion - in her monastic robe. Nicely carved, beautiful true salmon red coral, narrow drilled hole allowing it to be used as a bead on a necklace or as a separate pendant. Height 1 1/8 inches.
