The DPSC is the Defense Personnel Support Center, the name that was given to the Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot in 1965. The Defense Supply Agency existed from 1961-1977 the DSA -DPSC- Dir of MFG". This fully embroidered military flag with fringe is made to military specifications and is made from Polyester. It measures 36" X 48" in size. See pictures for complete condition and description.
