Davenport blue and white transferware platter in the 'Chinoiserie Ruins' pattern, circa 1820, of rectangular form, centering a scene of two figures visiting the ruins of a pagoda sitting amidst palm and willow trees, framed with a palm tree and fern frond border, the underside having an impressed anchor mark.

Provenance: From the Estate of Joseph Jackson Stokes, Atlanta, Georgia.

Approximate dimensions: h. 1.75", w. 20.5", d. 1d".
Condition
Some wear to figures and knife marks consistent with use.
