Josie Iqaluq (First Nations Canadian, Inuit, 20th century to present) Stone Seals, ca. late 20th to 21st century CE. A cute pair of seal sculptures etched with concentric circles and lightly scored stomachs. The undersides of both are signed with "Josie Iqaluq" with Inuktitut syllabics. Iqaluq is a contemporary artist from Sanikiluaq, her works often feature representations of arctic wildlife. Size: 3.75" L x 1.75" W x 5.5" H (9.5 cm x 4.4 cm x 14 cm)
